Our Mission Statement:

PQOC is dedicated to empowering families, their children, and aging adults seeking safe and affordable living, quality education and vital health care through the synergistic development of a multi-focal campus to provide services that have a positive impact on our community.

To accomplish these goals the Coalition is planning on providing community educational resources, a retirement community and a health clinic focusing primarily on the uninsured. The goal is, however, to never turn anyone away from the clinic except to send them to a more appropriate health care setting.

The purposes of the PQ Outreach Coalition are to:

Provide a community educational resource that offers parents and the community the opportunity to choose an alternative excellence based quality education especially to families who could not ordinarily afford such a choice.
Administer an affordable independent living retirement community with subsidies available for those who might need assistance.
Operate a community health clinic for the uninsured, as a first line of defense, in improving the health needs in our community.
Partner with other community agencies, organizations and educational institutions to extend and enhance services in our community.
Develop a synergistic relationship between the school, senior center and health clinic with programs that foster a greater sense of community.
Address common challenges of senior isolation, respect for authority among youth and overlooked health issues due to lack of resources.
Use green technology and universal design throughout property and buildings, using LEED certified architects to get all of our buildings LEED at least silver certified, use photovoltaic panels for inexpensive electricity and dual waste water systems to reclaim and treat water for use in irrigation.
And implement other synergistically appropriate programs.
